Sports Massage is a therapeutic treatment that helps to eliminate pain, improve your mobility and flexibility. My goal is to work with all clients whether taking part in sports activities or just needing greater flexibility and mobility. My aim is to get you moving again and to restore and enhance movement after injury or surgery, and to work with other medical professionals to assist your recovery.
